Karma – The Sculpture Stretches to Infinity

Karma – The Sculpture Stretches to Infinity

Karma, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. An impressive sculpture is located in the Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden, which is found at the New Orleans Museum of Art. It is made by Korean artist Do Ho Suh.

A sculpture depicts a tower of blinded men rising into the sky. It is only 7 m (23 ft) high, but it gives an illusion that the sculpture stretches to infinity. It is due to the fact, that 98 stainless steel figures slightly decrease, therefore, gives a feeling that the tower is much longer than it actually is.
